Who Was I in a Past Life?

It's usually the first question people ask me.

‍ ‍Not "does this work." Not "is this real."

‍ ‍

Who was I?

‍ ‍

There's something deeply human about wanting a name. A place. A century. Proof that you've been here before, living some other life, carrying some other story, and even just wanting to find that connection to something greater to yourself.

‍ ‍

I understand the pull. I've felt it myself.

‍ ‍

The Question Underneath the Question

‍ ‍

Here's what I've noticed after years of guiding people through this work. The question "who was I" is rarely just about curiosity.

‍ ‍

It's usually standing in for something closer to:

‍ ‍

  • Why does this pattern keep showing up in my life?

  • Why do I feel connected to a place I've never been?

  • Why does this fear make no sense given anything that's happened to me in this life?

  • Why do I feel like an old soul?

  • Why do I feel pulled to something greater than just myself?

‍ ‍

The identity question is the door. What's actually being asked is usually about why, not who.

‍ ‍

What Regression Actually Shows You

‍ ‍

Past life regression isn't a documentary. Nobody hands you a name, a birth certificate, and a timeline.

‍ ‍

What you typically get instead are impressions. A flash of a setting. A feeling in your body. A sense of who someone was to you, even if you can't picture their face clearly.

‍ ‍

Sometimes people imagine themselves as a soldier. A mother. A healer. Someone who left, or was left.

‍ ‍

The details are less important than what they're pointing to. A past life regression isn't about confirming a fact. It's about giving your subconscious a language to show you something it's already been carrying.

‍ ‍‍ ‍

You Don't Need to Believe Anything to Start

‍ ‍

I get asked this constantly. Do I have to believe in past lives for this to work?

‍ ‍

No.

‍ ‍

Some of my clients come in as full believers. Others come in skeptical, just curious, willing to see what shows up. Both groups walk away with something. The work doesn't require certainty going in.

‍ ‍

Why I Don't Start Here

‍ ‍

If you've looked into Past Life Regression with me, you'll notice it's never the first session.

‍ ‍

I start with parts work first, helping you build internal safety and a working relationship with your own subconscious before we go looking at anything from another lifetime. That foundation matters. It's what makes the regression itself feel grounded instead of disorienting.

‍ ‍

So, Who Were You?

‍ ‍

Honestly, I don't know yet. Neither do you. That's kind of the point.

‍ ‍

The answer isn't something I can hand you in a blog post. It's something your own subconscious gets to show you, in its own time, in its own language.

‍ ‍

If you're curious what comes up, book a consultation and we'll figure out together whether this is the right next step for you.
