Quantum Journeys Hypnosis
Quantum Journeys Hypnosis is my main body of work, a guided path through your subconscious and higher self that unfolds over more than one session. If you're ready to go deep and you're not in a rush, this is where the real work happens.
How It Works:
Session One: Parts Therapy and Subconscious Integration
We start by meeting the different parts of you, the inner voices and patterns that have been running the show, sometimes without your awareness. This session is about understanding what each part has been trying to do for you, and helping those parts feel heard, updated, and aligned with who you're becoming. Why Two Sessions (Sometimes Three):
This isn't a program I can compress into a single visit. The first session lays the groundwork, your subconscious needs to feel safe and integrated before the deeper work of the Hallway of Answers can really open up. Trying to rush both in one sitting shortchanges the process. Most clients find the two (or three) sessions build naturally on each other, each one going a little deeper than the last.
Session Two (and sometimes Three): The Hallway of Answers
nce your parts are integrated, we go further, into what I call the Hallway of Answers. This is where your Highest Consciousness, guides, and deeper wisdom become directly accessible. From this hallway, sessions can move into several different rooms depending on what you're ready for and what you're seeking:
Temple of Healing — meeting your Inner Healer for guidance on physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing
Guides & Helpers — connecting with the guides, ancestors, or helpers already supporting you
Other Lifetimes — exploring past, parallel, or future lifetimes relevant to what you're working through
Quantum Jump — building a clear picture of your ideal future and aligning your subconscious toward it
Akashic Library — for those who are able to access it, a deeper layer of soul-level knowledge and history
Not every session visits every room, we go wherever your Highest Consciousness leads, and I follow.
Client-Led, Not Practitioner-Led
I don't believe the answers live in me. They live in you. My role is to hold space and guide you into the state where your own Highest Wisdom can lead, not to tell you what you'll find or steer you toward what I think you need. You are the magic in this work, I'm just here to help you access it.
That's also why not every session looks the same, or even goes where you might expect. Sometimes a door reveals itself that isn't one of the ones I described above, a mystery door, something unique to you. When that happens, we go through it together. Your Highest Consciousness knows where you need to go better than any script does, and I trust that completely.

My Training:
Quantum Journeys Hypnosis comes from Kryssa Bowman's Quantum Journeys Hypnosis Academy, where I trained and certified as a hypnotherapist through the International Hypnosis Association. I use the terminology and structure exactly as taught in that training.
