5 Manifestation Exercises to Help You Create Your 2027 Vision
What do you want your life to look like in 2027?
It's a simple question.
Or is it?
Maybe your immediate answers are more money, a healthier body, a better relationship, or greater success.
But I wonder what happens when we look beneath those answers.
Do you want more money, or do you want freedom?
Do you want a relationship, or do you want to feel deeply understood?
Do you want a different career, or do you want to wake up excited about how you're spending your days?
What if creating a meaningful vision for 2027 begins with understanding what we're actually searching for?
Here are five exercises you can explore as the new year approaches.
1. Meet Your Future Self
Find somewhere comfortable where you won't be interrupted for a few minutes.
Close your eyes, take a few slow breaths, and imagine that it's December 2027.
You have spent the year making choices that feel aligned with the person you want to become.
Imagine an ordinary day in your life.
Where are you waking up? How do you feel? Who surrounds you? What are you spending your time doing?
Don't worry if you aren't someone who sees vivid pictures in your mind.
Perhaps you simply have a sense of knowing, a feeling, or a few words that come to mind.
That's perfectly fine.
When you're finished, write down what stood out.
Rather than trying to predict your future, use this exercise to explore what matters to you.
2. Ask Yourself What You Really Desire
Grab your journal and finish this sentence:
In 2027, I want to experience more...
Write whatever comes to mind.
Then look at each answer and ask yourself why.
If you wrote financial abundance, why?
If you wrote love, what does love mean to you?
If you wrote happiness, how would you recognize happiness in your everyday life?
Keep exploring until you reach something that feels meaningful.
You might discover that the thing you've been pursuing is simply one possible way to experience a feeling you've been longing for.
3. Get Curious About Your Resistance
Think about a goal you've wanted for a long time but haven't pursued consistently.
Now ask yourself:
What might change if I actually achieved this?
Is there anything about that change that feels uncomfortable?
What am I afraid I might lose?
What would become possible if I stopped avoiding this?
For example, perhaps you want to grow your business but worry that success will mean losing your freedom.
Suddenly, the goal and the fear are sitting side by side.
This doesn't mean every obstacle is subconscious. Sometimes we need more resources, better planning, or a different strategy.
But exploring our internal responses can help us understand why certain goals feel complicated.
4. Create a Vision Board Based on Feelings, Not Just Things
Vision boards can be wonderful tools for reflection.
But before filling yours with houses, vacations, relationships, and career milestones, consider choosing three to five feelings you want to experience more often.
Perhaps:
Freedom. Connection. Peace. Adventure. Confidence.
Now choose images and words that represent those experiences.
Then ask yourself what actions could help bring those feelings into your everyday life.
Maybe freedom looks like creating more space in your schedule.
Maybe connection means reaching out to friends more often.
Maybe confidence means doing something that scares you a little.A vision board can become more than a collection of beautiful images when it reminds you how you want to live.
5. Write a Letter From December 2027
Imagine you're writing to yourself from the end of 2027.
Begin with:
You wouldn't believe what this year taught me...
Write about the changes you made, the experiences you created, and the things you learned about yourself.
What did you stop tolerating?
What did you finally give yourself permission to pursue?
What surprised you?
And what small decision helped everything begin to change?
When you're finished, choose one action you can take now.
Because meaningful change involves more than imagining a possibility. It also involves the choices we make along the way.
Go Beyond the Vision Board
I wonder what might happen if we gave ourselves an entire afternoon to explore these questions.
Not just what we want, but why we want it.
Not just where we're going, but what might be keeping us attached to where we've been.
That's the inspiration behind Quantum Journeys: Your Highest Timeline 2027.
This immersive workshop combines guided hypnosis to connect with your Higher Self, group parts therapy exercises, and intentional vision-building.
It's an opportunity to explore your hopes for 2027 from a different perspective, alongside others who are curious about their own possibilities.
You don't need to be experienced with hypnosis, and you don't need to have your goals figured out beforehand.
You only need to arrive willing to explore.
